Insightful read!

At our end, we don’t treat AI as a shortcut. We treat it as a thinking partner. Through GET LAB at Genetech Solutions, we test AI tools with each department before rolling anything out. Marketing is no exception. We experiment first, break things safely, and learn what actually helps people do better work.

AI helps us with research, pattern spotting, content drafts, and understanding customer behavior faster. But decisions, positioning, and storytelling stay human. We always start with one question: what does this product actually do for people?

If AI adds clarity, speed, or insight, we keep it. If it adds noise, we drop it. For me, AI in marketing is not about replacing intuition. It’s about sharpening it, while keeping people, context, and responsibility at the center.
